David Wyndham

David Wyndham is an aviation industry executive focused on maximizing fleet performance, driving revenues, and improving competitive advantage. As a key contributor to corporate growth, he delivers expertise in fleet planning, business development, financial analysis, sales and acquisitions, and asset management. Mr. Wyndham is fluent in the technical terminology used from the cockpit to the boardroom and has consulted on global operations from Fortune 1000 companies to high-net-worth individuals and government agencies.

Mr. Wyndham established his aviation expertise as an Instructor Pilot and Director of Operations with the United States Air Force. During his time in the military, he oversaw aircrew training and safety, operations scheduling, and the coordination of flight operations with multinational forces throughout Europe, North Africa, and Mid-East.  

As the President and Co-owner of Conklin & de Decker, Mr. Wyndham expanded operations to more than 2,000 clients across 40 countries. With accountability for the company’s finances, employees, and three operating locations, Mr. Wyndham successfully marketed, negotiated, and facilitated consulting studies focused on aircraft operating costs and performance data.  In 2018, he controlled the negotiations and acquisition agreement for the sale of Conklin & de Decker to Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI).  Mr. Wyndham was named the Vice President and Director of Business Strategy with JSSI and drove the integration between the two firms post-acquisition. Within one year, he developed a sales team to generate more than 100% sales growth. 

Mr. Wyndham holds a Master of Aeronautical Science degree and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. He is a certified business coach and earned a Civil Air Transport Pilot certification. He enjoys delivering keynote speeches and presentations at industry events and is a regular contributor to professional publications, having authored more than 275 articles for AvBuyer and GlobalAir.com. Mr. Wyndham currently resides in Sebastian, Florida.
